Question: What do I get when I purchase a Microsoft Access database template from Winning Solutions, Inc.
Answer: You receive the full source code, including, tables, forms and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), reports and VBA, modules VBA, macros and queries unless we have included a third-party function that WSI licensed from that party to distribute with our template. Most of our templates do not include any third-party functions but some do such as the signature capture and PDF combining templates among others.

Question: Has WSI made available all the modules of its Access database templates in the paid versions in the VBA editor.

Question: Will I be able to insert and modify WSI’s forms and modules for my needs (appearance of forms and reports, code, adding other elements to WSI’s forms.
Answer: Yes.

Question: Am I allowed t to use your Access database in more than one of my own Access databases?
Answer: Yes

Question: Do WSI Access database templates include a user manual.
Answer: No. They are relatively simple database whose operation is self-explanatory. You can download a demo version to try out and see for yourself.

Question: How do I take delivery of a database I purchased from WSI?
Answer: It will be emailed to you. During United States business hours database are typically sent within 1-2 hours.

Question: What should I do if I did not get the database I purchased?
Answer: Make sure you are looking at the inbox of the email account associated with your PayPal account. Check your junk and spam folders. Make sure you are not blocking emails with Microsoft Access files or zip files. If none of that helps you can contact us through our website to make alternate delivery arrangements.

Question: What if I encounter a bug?
Answer: Send us the steps you followed before you encountered the bug. Include screenshots along the way and be sure to include any error message or incorrect output, stating what you think the correct output should be.
