An easy to use and intuitive calendar can help with the efficiency and productivity of your business, but implementing an elegant calendar in your Microsoft Access database can be a challenge. The Enhanced Microsoft Access Calendar Scheduling Database is a full featured calendar system built completely in Microsoft Access tables, forms, reports and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) code. Based upon some of the concepts of the Microsoft Outlook Calendar modules, this database template has the advantage of being 100% Microsoft Access based. This allows for smooth and easy integration into your existing Access database. The Enhanced Microsoft Access Calendar Scheduling Database offers a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly view of scheduled appointments/meetings/task. This database has a form for setting up and maintaining appointments/meetings/tasks as well. Pre-built daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports are also included with the Enhanced Microsoft Access Calendar Scheduling Database.

This version contains all the features in our Standard Calendar Schedule Database/Template but adds the ability for you to assign an appointment to a specific person/item. You can then filter the calendar you are viewing by that person/item to get just a view of that person/items scheduled items. The enhanced calendar also includes the ability to import and/or export your data to and from Outlook and also create a list of invited attendees for the appointment/meeting/task. The Enhanced Calendar Database also includes a setting to view your calendar from right to left. The Enhanced Calendar Database also has a month view with day preview pane option.

WSI welcomes and works with persons that have all levels of Microsoft Access knowledge. The more knowledge you have the less help you’ll need from us. If you are considering the purchase of our Enhanced Microsoft Access Calendar Scheduling Database/Template and are not skilled in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming. You will need to work with someone who is or there are some things we can do to help you integrate it into your database if you are comfortable with other areas of Access database development. This database includes 1-2 queries that you can point your existing data to. The key is to match the name of the fields in your existing database’s table to the names in our calendar database table. If that sounds daunting you can send WSI a sample of your database table. WSI will link it up into the calendar and email some screen shots of what it would look like. Or we will link it up for you on your actual database for an additional fee.
