Web View Calendar Schedule Database/Template System

Are you looking for the ability to display schedule information on a web page in a calendar format? Using WSI’s hugely popular Microsoft Access based calendar system, you can now display schedule information on web page! You no longer need to put your organization’s confidential schedule information into a service like Google Calendar, Microsoft Live/Outlook/O365 etc. Your data can be in your database on your server or at your web host! Not worried about the big companies’ privacy policies but just don’t want to pay their monthly fees? If you already have a Windows server at your office or at a web host you already work with, you can just install our calendar system on that, with no additional hosting charges. WSI’s calendar system is fully customizable by any person with sufficient Microsoft Access and Microsoft .NET programming skill. If you don’t have such a person on staff or up the street, you can contract separately with WSI to make your modifications. WSI will also host it for you, for an additional fee, if you don’t have a web host or suitable on-premise server. WSI can host it on a subdomain of your domain for example calendar.yourorganizationname.com or if you don’t have a domain name WSI will host it on a subdomain of its domain winningit.com such as mycompanycalendar.winningit.com.

You can also load this into your Microsoft Azure Cloud or AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud as long as you have contracted with them for Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL server support that is required. This system requires you to enter your schedule via the Microsoft Access interface you already have running on a Windows PC for a read only view on any web enabled device. The calendar can be viewed on any device with a web browser. The calendar displays best in Chrome for Windows on a 24” 1920 x 1080 resolution display. The calendar will make its best effort to responsively display on smaller screens. Calendars inherently take substantial screen real estate and if you have lots of schedule events the calendar will become congested. A small screen just makes it worse.

If you are unable to install it on your Windows Server WSI provides remote support on a time and materials basis, call for current hourly rates.

If you are already using one of our Access calendars, WSI can help you import your existing schedule data into this system for an additional fee. Please call or send us your database for a quote.

Once you purchase the database template, you will receive the full version of the database in a standard Access Database file. The purchased database will have full access to the database window, all design objects, the visual basic project code, and you will be able to modify or add to the design in any way you wish (this does not apply to the run-time/compiled versions).
